Braunstone community art project

This project was run over a couple of days during the summer of 2023. These sessions were aimed at children ages 4- 15 years old. The sessions were a pop-in workshop where the children could explore their creativity and expressive mark-making. The workshops were free and funded by Leicestershire police.

This project was organised by Buzzing Roots CIC. BUZZINGROOTS

It was located at Braunstone Park in Leicester. The sessions aimed to connect with the local community providing acitivies for children who didn’t have access to the arts. The activities encourage children to get outdoors and use the park and to help build social connections to promote wellbeing.
