About me

For the past 8 years, I have developed an extensive range of experience working in a variety of different settings with children ages 2yr-12yrs old. From this experience, I have gained an understanding of the positive benefits for children to be exposed to a holistic outdoor environment where they can play and be creative.

I am a Forest School facilitator and have experience in both an outdoor setting and an indoor creative arts setting.

I am currently in my third year studying BA in Creative Arts for Health and Wellbeing at Derby University. This degree has helped me develop my theoretical understanding of how creativity can support individuals’ mental health and well-being.
